4. Attentions about ksd301 temperature control switch installation.
1) When select temperature control switch, need to confirm the
accurate temperature. To avoid temperature changes caused by
thermal inertia, thermal conduction and other factors, need to
consider the following factors.
a. Detection part of temperature control.
b. Thickness and material of heat transfer component.
c. The power of the heating element.
d. Amount of heated medium.
e. Ambient temperature and air pressure.
2) If the temperature control switch need to be used in moisture
enviroment, please choose water-resistant types.
3) During using process, need high attention to avoid cracks caused
by the large force on the case inside, and liquid penetrates into
the temperature switch. Keep the case clean to prevent the
insulation performance from decreasing or even short circuit
breakdown after the thermal protector polluted by the conductive
medium.
5. FAQ.
Q1: How can we get a quote?
A: Please offer the specification of the temperature control
switch, such as operating temperature, case/bracket style,
application, quantity etc. Picture or drawing are welcome for our
reference.
Q2: How can we get a drawing.
A: After confirm the detail specification, we will provide the
drawing via E-mail, WhatsApp, Wechat and other ways for double
check.
Q3: What is the MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ is 1000 pcs. Larger quantity could win lower
price. We can support small quantity for pilot run purpose.
Q4: What about the lead time?
A: For temperature control switch sample making, it usually takes
around 1 week.
Lead time would be 20 days with long term forecast.
Estimated lead time would be around 30 days without forecast.
We will try best to support to shorten lead time for urgent order.
Q5: Delivery.
A: Customer could assign a express or forwarder for delivery, or we
ask our source to do it if customer think it is more cost-saving.
